Buyer can return purchased item and receive a refund within 15 days of purchase date. Buyer must include acceptable reason for the return. (See Below)
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Acceptable reasons:
Defective product: If the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Incorrect item: If the buyer receives the wrong item compared to the listing, if the product description significantly differs from the actual item.
Return shipping: Buyer pays if the buyer simply changes their mind. Buyer may be responsible for returned shipping, refund process, inspection upon receiving the returned item the seller will inspect and verify its condition before issuing refund. Once the return is accepted, the seller will issue a full refund minus shipping costs.
